CrossFit focuses on achieving competency in endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility, power, speed, coordination, agility, balance and accuracy. We pay attention to all of these components of fitness, and by not specialising in any of them, CrossFit allows you to be better than the average Joe in any given sport.

Because of this philosophy, elite military and police units have adopted CrossFit as their primary physical training tool. Many professional athletes such as martial arts champions have also taken up Crossfit as a strength and conditioning program. So why not you too?

The CrossFit program is designed to deliver broad, general, and inclusive work outs, with the goal to increase work capacity. This translates to our ability to perform day-to-day tasks more easily.

With universal scalability, the sport welcomes all committed individuals regardless of experience. The needs of Olympic athletes and our grandparents differ by degree, not kind. We scale load and intensity; we don’t change programs – CrossFit is for everyone!

We had our humble beginnings back in 2010 with just a simple idea of having people come together to work out and share one another’s enthusiasm for fitness. Our community has grown since from just a handful to one big family.

We are runners, students, table tennis players, mothers, fathers, foreigners… We each have our own background, ideals and goals. But in the box, we are equal. We do the same work outs and we go through the same programmes.

Because of this, we have fostered a tight CrossFit community where everyone knows each other by name and cheers one another on when the going gets tough. Unlike a regular gym, we have a lively environment bursting with energy the moment our members step in.

At CrossFit Hub, we work hard, play hard and keep fit the efficient way. We learn to conquer our fears and overcome our weaknesses. The greatest challenge is not to be the best, but to be the best that you can be. And we welcome anyone to join us on this amazing journey!
