Who We Are

We are ordinary people just like yourself. We are runners, joggers, students, table tennis players, floorball athletes, basketball players, rowers, water sports athletes, golfers, springboard divers, trail runners, fighters, adventure racers, swimmers, mothers, fathers, busy parents, and so much more! We even have amongst us those who have never exercised their whole lives but are now bursting with health and energy.

We have all come together with different personal, weight and fitness goals in mind, and have sticked together doing CrossFit everyday because we commit to be fit. CrossFit is fun, functional, intensive and challenging all at the same time, allowing the body to grow and develop the way it was meant to be!

Through CrossFit, every aspects of our lives is transformed. We play hard, work hard and keep fit hard. Through fitness, we discover that it is better to conquer ourselves than to win a thousand battles. Through sharing the pain together, we emerge discovering that true power and strength is not about overthrowing others, but to conquer ourselves. AND, we want you to be a part of this amazing journey.

The normal class and WOD schedule is only for regular members of CrossFit Hub.  No walk-ins from beginners or new members.

For ALL beginners and NEW members of CrossFit Hub, it is compulsory you attend our CrossFit Fundamental Course and Intro Class (1 hour session).
