CrossFit Intro Class

This is for you to gain first hand experience of what CrossFit is all about. People of varying fitness levels are able to join this class. There are no pre-requisites. 

Movements are kept to a basic level, and scaling options will be taught to suit your own fitness level. You are required to attend at least 1 CrossFit intro class before signing up as a member with us.
 

CrossFit Class

You do not have to be proficient in all the CrossFit movements to join our regular class. However, we want to ensure that you are familiar with the CrossFit movements and how to scale to your ability before attending one. 

As our regular classes are kept pretty fast paced, movements will be taught briefly in class. There will be a warm up, mobility work, a strength portion, and a work out, all done in an hour.
