Kindly note that we only operate during class hours as stated on our schedule. We do not have open gym.

Please book your class at least 12 hours in advance if you are attending one.

If you are new, you are required to attend our CrossFit Intro Class before attending our beginner/ regular classes.

If you are a visiting CrossFitter who is familiar with CrossFit movements, you are welcome to join our class as long as you book your class at least 12 hours in advance. Do advice us for how long have you been doing CrossFit, and at which box in your email/ text.

Intro Class
This is for you to gain first hand experience of what CrossFit is all about. People of varying fitness levels are able to join this class. There are no pre-requisites. Movements are kept to a basic level, and scaling options will be taught to suit your own fitness level. You are required to attend at least 1 CrossFit intro class before signing up as a member with us.
Beginner Class
After attending the Intro Class, you will then go through the beginner classes. On average, most members do this for 2 months consistently before joining the regular classes. This is where you will be taught more technical CrossFit movements (such as olympic lifts) in a step by step style. You will also learn how to scale more challenging movements such as the pistol (single leg squat) and the handstand push up. These scaled options will help you achieve proficiency in such movements over time.

Regular Class
You do not have to be proficient in all the CrossFit movements to join our regular class. However, we want to ensure that you are familiar with the CrossFit movements and how to scale to your ability before attending one. As our regular classes are kept pretty fast paced, movements will be taught briefly in class. There will be a warm up, mobility work, a strength portion, and a work out, all done in an hour.
